Base system The base system consists of a number of base parts. The installation can be built in a flexible way by combining these base parts. The base parts are: |

|

Frame The frame is made up of standard parts and profiles. These are put together to standard frame sections with lengths of 0.6 / 0.75 / 1.5 / 2.25 / 3.0 m.

Proces module The process module is essentially a mounting cover and forms the heart of the system. It can be composed specifically for the appropriate process: - Cleaning process - Rinsing process - Activating process - Galvanization process, etc. |
| Every process module is equipped with: |
| - Control box |
| - Filter and/or pump |
| - Level and temperature sensors |
| - Safety switches |
| - Heating element |
| - Fill-up valves |
| - Exhaust connection |
| - Control panel |
| - Cell and channel mounting |
| - Cell connection |
| - Connecting cable with 5-pole CEE plug |
- Connectors for: pumps, heating, rectifiers, etc. |
- The smallest construction length of a standard process part is 600 mm |
At the rear side the process module is positioned on a precise hinge pipe. At the front side it is supported by the lower frame platform. The process module can be lifted with the two handle bars on the front side and can be hitched securely on the upper service platform. Then the tank is positioned and the process module is replaced in the working position on the frame platform.

Tank The tank is positioned on the frame platform. There are two tank types:
| - |
The polypropylene process tank with a capacity of approx. 80 l. |
| - |
The polypropylene fourfold cascade rinsing tank (4x approx. 24 l). |
|
|
Channel The channel is a room that is contained and secured while the process takes place. The cell is placed in this room. The smallest construction length of a channel is 600 mm or a multiple of this, depending on the cell type and the number of cells (0.6 m, 1.2 m, 1.8 m). The channel is placed directly on the process module.
Optionally, a stand alone unit for the execution of partial processes can be composed with the base parts. With the base parts frame, process module, tank and channel, every process sequence can be composed as a complete solution. Also, the available components can be applied optionally for further optimization. |
